The second day of ICCA CEC Summer Meeting

Today is the second day of ICCA CEC Summer Meeting! It will be day of networking and education in the framework of key topic: «From the New Normal to the New Future». Challenges and opportunities for the European Meeting Industry now.

The program consist of several sessions:

Inspiration Session is motivational session in which participants will find many new and interesting ideas for business development. Science fiction writer Dmitry Rus will present the predictions of a "new future": what will happen to the event industry and what new technologies will be applied in the organization of events. Johanna Fischer, tmf dialogmarketing GmbH, will talk about new marketing strategies in business. Also the participants will discuss new trends in the event industry from Holger Lange, BRÄHLER ICS Konferenztechnik AG.

The session will be moderated by Anna Gorska, ICCA CEC Chairperson. 

Local Experience Session is practical session dedicated to the experience in events organizing in Russia. Experts  Jan Chovanec, SWISSOTEL KRASNYE HOLMY,  and Ola Kastensson, Russkie prostori DMC, will share personal experiences on introduction of European models of business in Russia.  Olga Kozhukhova, Arena ‘18, will tell about the experience of holding major sporting events in Russia, such as the 2014 Olympic games and 2018 FIFA world Cup Russia.

Case Study Session is practical session where participants are introduced to real-life cases from the experience of foreign companies. European professionals of the event industry  Jutta Heinrich, Frankfurt Convention Bureau , Stefan Bonsels, Basel Convention Bureau , Katarzyna Cioch, Warsaw Convention Bureau , will tell how to attract and make events in Russia.

In the end of  program will be the presentation of the city of Lviv, which will host the next meeting of the Central European branch of ICCA.
